Refund Policy
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your payment, we regret that we cannot offer a refund.
Refunds are only considered for valid reasons such as duplicate payment, technical errors, or cancellation before a service has begun.
SECTION 2 – NON-REFUNDABLE TRANSACTIONS
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Completed pooja or temple offering services
- Services where preparation has already commenced
SECTION 3 – REFUND PROCESS
To process a refund, please provide a valid payment receipt or transaction ID. We will notify you via email upon receipt and after reviewing the request.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable time.
SECTION 4 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card company (posting time may vary)
- Contact your bank
